The European Medicines Agency (EMA) has published the consolidated version of ICH E6 (R3) Guideline for Good Clinical Practice – Step 5, which is composed of the principles, Annex 1 and Annex 2.
The principles and Annex 1 are already effective from 23 July 2025. Annex 2 will come into effect on 15 January 2027.
